Dalgona at Duneed is a project completed with Maax Global with unprecedented outcomes. The boutique estate is located perfectly between Geelong and The Surfcoast. Dalgona at Duneed offered 170 lots of premium land, that was all about location.

While the estate is located in a hilly desirable location, there remains a lot of competition. To stand out from the crowd we tapped into the culture of the local community with a clear vision and a targeted market.
