Nestled between the surf coast and Geelong, Voltaire Estate was designed to sell a clean, fresh and family friendly lifestyle with connivence and outdoor activities on its doorstep. We created a brand and vision for Voltaire Estate that would help position its 350m2 to 450m2 blocks are large, desirable spaces for families.
Tapping into the culture and values of the local area, we were able to play our part in helping the sales agents, Land Launch successfully sell this estate to eager home buyers. This lead to Voltaire Estate selling out before it was ever publicly launched.
