Branding for property is fundamentally the same as any form of branding, and yet, it's totally unlike anything else.
For most products, services or businesses a brand comes along either after it's market and customer have been defined or it happens alongside of it. In these situations, the connection with the market happens in a form of a feedback loop, where the customers' experience with the brand informs them of the brand's position in the market.
But with property and land sales, the positioning in the market happens long before a purchaser ever get to experience what they have purchased.
